Kingly Bush Villa is a private lodge which offers a unique, African experience for your exclusive use. Only 30 meters from the Kruger National Park fence, and just 4.4km from park's Phalaborwa Gate, the villa is on a safe estate surrounded by the African bush.
Furthermore, you are walking distance from the 15th tee of the incredible Ba-Phalaborwa Golf Course (opening 3 May 2024) - the newly renovated course that found itself in SA’s top 10 golf courses in the past. Golf in the wild. While playing, you could be met with amazing wildlife such as: giraffes, hippos, waterbuck, impala and warthog. A truly once-in-a-lifetime golfing experience.
The villa is ideal for families and friends to gather in an intimate setting, where you will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Africa. With wildlife at your doorstep, you may enjoy visits from resident giraffes, impala, waterbuck and hippos at the villa’s own watering hole or throughout the estate. Enjoy uninterrupted electricity with our backup solar power.
The private villa caters for up to 8 people within four spacious bedrooms, all en-suite. When you book at Kingly Villa, you will have exclusive, private access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property - no other guests will be on the property with you.

It’s all yours
The villa caters for up to ten people and includes four en-suite bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Kingly Bush Villa is situated on a private property facing the Kruger National Park, complete with a beautiful patio, garden, pool, boma and outdoor barbecue facilities. When you stay at Kingly, you will be the only guests on the premises for the entirety of your stay.
