Booking Conditions

All rates are in South African rands and include VAT.
All reservations require a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours for confirmation of the booking. Kingly reserves the right to cancel the booking should payment not be received.
Final payment of full accommodation and other charges is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. Kingly reserves the right to cancel the booking should payment not be received in time.
For all reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is required upon confirmation
All requests, confirmations and cancellations are only valid if in writing.
Rates are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
All guests entering Kingly must be paid and accounted for.
Full rates will apply even if a guest misses any activities included in the rates, and guests understand that no refunds will be due if activities are not available or possible due to prevailing weather conditions or factors out of our control.
All guests must settle their accounts for extras upon departure.
